To Download a Picture:

From an iOS or Android device: 

iOS: Touch and hold the image and  then select either “Add to Photos”,  “Copy”

Android: Touch and hold the image and  then select either “Save Image”, “Download Image”

From a Windows or Mac OS Computer:

Right Click your mouse and select “Save Linked File As…” menu option.
